For making this custom-made team we will need following informations from you:

1. What kind of sport (football, soccer, basketball, ice hockey, baseball, rugby, australian football…)

2. Name of the team which will be written on the 1st doll

3. Picture of Jersey

4. Names and numbers of 5 players

5. Skin and hair color of each player
